Welcome to SHMS!
Message from the Principal
Spring Hill Middle School Family,
I am extremely excited about this school year and how smoothly our school year has started. There have been some very exciting things happening as we progress into the year. Just to mention a few of these: the cross country team won the county championship in both the boys and girl teams, the volleyball team finished another exciting season winning the conference and county championships with a 20 and 8 record, the soccer team finished with another great year with only one loss and the football team had a winning season of 4-3. We also started the year off with many of our students joining some of the exciting new clubs at the school (Chess Club) and others. We also introduced several new teachers and assistant principals that will help move the school to a higher academic standard.
We have also started a monthly meeting with Mr. Wright on the third Monday of each Month for a Coffee Time with parents and other stakeholders in the school family. Ms. Sparrow, one of our new assistant principals, has introduced a new program that supports our student success called the Renaissance Program. Please get involved in our school and your child.
